Consultation with property management: Before applying for the installation of charging stations, it is necessary to go to the community property management office to obtain relevant installation permits. If it is a self built house, this condition can be ignored;

After explaining the requirements for installing charging stations to the ideal staff, the charging station service will contact them by phone as soon as possible. At this time, you can ask the community property two questions: first, whether the property allows the installation of charging stations in the community; Secondly, if there are homeowners in the community who have installed it, where is the electricity taken. After understanding these two issues, it will be more efficient for the charging station service provider to communicate with everyone. The service provider will mainly communicate two things: 1. the installation location of the charging station and the type of power intake; 2. Materials required by the local power supply bureau.

1. Obtain the installation permit certificate from the property
After indicating the need to install charging stations to the property, staff will go to the parking space with the owner to check if the installation conditions are met. If the conditions are met, a guarantee letter needs to be signed to ensure that there will be no impact on the fire safety and circuit safety of the community during and after the installation process.

2. Reporting and installing electricity meters
There are roughly four types of materials that need to be prepared: 1. identification; 2. Property consent certificate; 3. Proof of parking space use rights; 4. Registration certificate for installation of charging facilities. After preparing and stamping the materials, submit them to the State Grid app and the South Grid mini program. The power supply department will send regional specialists to conduct on-site surveys and confirm the installation plan for the electricity meter. Property consent certificate: To apply for the installation of a charging station in a residential property, the template "Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Safety Management Agreement" should be provided. If the property does not have a template, the charging station installation service provider should provide it, and then the property should stamp the agreement to confirm their agreement to install.

Proof of Parking Space Use Rights: The parking space purchased by oneself is the proof of parking space ownership or the invoice for purchasing the parking space; If it is a rented parking space, the property will issue a parking space use certificate if you rent it from the property. If you rent a personal ownership parking space from a neighbor, the neighbor will provide a parking space ownership certificate or purchase invoice, as well as the parking space lease agreement between you and the neighbor.

Charging Facility Installation Registration Certificate: The charging station service association will provide a "Charging Facility Installation Registration Certificate". If the local power supply bureau requires the registration certificate to have the manufacturer's seal, then a stamped form will be provided; If there are no requirements, just fill out the blank form and submit it to the power supply bureau.

3. Application for installation of charging station
You can apply for the installation of charging stations on the corresponding brand's mobile app, official website, or directly contact after-sales staff. You need to submit a property permit certificate and photos of the completed meter installation, and then make an appointment for on-site installation. Usually, the installation master will conduct on-site surveys before providing a construction plan.
